Shipments and returns

All items are generally shipped within a few days after receipt of payment. There are times, when we are waiting on products once or twice a year, that this process could take a couple weeks.

You may check the status of your order by logging into your account and will receive notifications when your packages have been shipped.

All packages are sent via UPS from Vacaville, California.

All requests for return authorization must be made either in writing, through  your account or by phone within 72 hours *No exception.

All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
